1. What types of band merch do you sell?
We offer a wide range of merchandise, including T-shirts, hoodies, posters, vinyl records, CDs, hats, pins, patches, and more from various artists and bands.

2. Do you sell official/licensed merchandise?
Yes! All our products are officially licensed, meaning they are approved by the bands, artists, or their record labels.

Shipping & Delivery

3. Where do you ship from, and what are the delivery times?
We ship from Sunny South Florida. Delivery times vary:

  • Domestic (US): 5–14 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs)

    A lot of our rare merch comes from Europe to our warehouse, which may cause a slight delay in shipping.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide, but delivery times and fees vary by country. Check your cart for shipping costs. Please be aware that your country be collect tariffs/fees upon delivery.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

6. What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately at roadie@unpluggedmerch.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

7. What’s your return/exchange policy?

  • Unworn/unused items in original packaging and attached tags can be returned within 14 days

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Final sale items (e.g., limited editions) cannot be returned.

8. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at roadie@unpluggedmerch.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping.

9. How do I contact customer service?

10. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate online only, but we may sell merch at select music events. Follow us for updates!

11. Can I request merch from a specific band?
We’re always adding new artists! Suggest a band via email or social media, and we’ll try to stock their merch if possible.

12. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in our “Gifts” section.

13. How can I sell my own band’s merch through your site?
We work with licensed vendors only. If you’re a band/label, contact us at roadie@unpluggedmerch.com for partnership inquiries.
