Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, new releases, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are a flat $5 for US shipping addresses within the continential USA.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

International

Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Shipping is a flat $50 USD for international addresses.
Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, though delays outside our control may occur.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

If you have not received tracking information within four business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
